Richelle Feigin - Senior Consultant

Richelle Feigin is a seasoned communicator with more than 13 years? experience in corporate and organizational communications. She was previously the Employee Communications Manager for BASF Corporation (the world's largest producer of chemicals and related products), where she was responsible for employee communications in North America. Prior to joining BASF, Richelle was the Director of Communications for Prudential's Corporate Technology Services group - accountable for both internal and external communications.

Richelle has been a member of the Board of Directors of the International Association of Business Communicators - New Jersey Chapter for more than 10 years, including her role as President in 2001. She also served as Programming Chair, IRIS Awards Chair and Job Bank Chair. In 2002, she was elected as Deputy Director for the association's District One region.

She is a certified strategic planner and has her master's degree in Corporate and Organizational Communications from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She received her Ph.D. in Communications from Lacrosse University in 2003.
